QMS coaches in Africa and Latin America are trained in the quality management approach as developed over the past years. Only trained coaches may conduct quality management workshops with Twin and FTO producer partners. The overall approach is described in the QMS Quidance Document for smallholders. This document can be downloaded via the link below. This document is a working document, and is constantly updated as a result of feed back from people using it.
